There was a thread started on him and supposedly he has a torn rotator cuff right now or something so not sure when he'll return.

On postings, what is the criteria to get that flame icon to appear on the little envelope icon?

It happens after a topic gets a certain number of views or replies. I'm not sure on the exact numbers.

Sean is recovering from surgery to repair his rotator cuff. It's going to be awhile before we see him back in the cage.

Once a thread has either 15 replies or 150 views.

1. Who was the first fighter to reach One Million Dollars in total prize money? (not counting endorsements...just money strictly from fights)

2. Which fighter has won the most prize money all time?

3. Are there any MMA venues that have female fighters? If so, is it any good to watch?

4. Are there MMA venues that allow participants below the age of 18?

5. I hear that it is touted that a death has NEVER occurred in a single MMA bout...is that really true? Not even in one of those underground/illegal MMA shows? Is there ANY documented case where an MMA fight has resulted in a death, or permanent/debilitating injury?

1) I have no idea. Yoshida would probably be my guess

2) Again I dunno, but Yoshida has made on hell of a pile of money

3) Yeah some do. I think KOTC does along with a few others.

4) I don't know where but I know some do. Joe Stevenson had his first match at 16

5) There has never been a death in a sanctioned/regulated bout. There was a death in an unsanctioned bout in th Ukraine where the fighter had been told not to fight by doctors in the US but he went anyways. It's hard to consider that a legit death in the sport though being that it was unregulated. It would be no different if a fighter died in a backyard fight.

Does anyone have an idea of when the Pride Collection IV will be coming out? The third installment came out about a year ago, so I was just wondering. I will check Amazon myself and see if they have it up...

Tim Sylvia haters - I for one am a fan of Tim Sylvia, but I want to know why there is so much dislike for this guy? I figured I'd ask this question here, so I didn't waste space on the regular forum.

I'm sure a thread was started long ago on this topic, can anyone point me towards the link for the Tim Sylvia hating?

Do MMA organizations or any governing bodies in Japan regularly or randomly test for performance enhancing drugs?
