I assume it's because the UFC didn't have the ufc.com website because some other company already owned it (they bought it recently), so their website was ufc.tv for a long time. So most of the fighters probably decided to use the .tv as well just for continuity.

That and it's easier to get what name you want since .tv endings aren't used as much.

The more I read and see, the more I want to learn about it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Ultimate Grappling is a good mag. It's decidedly more targeted to grappling, but a good amount of the material is about MMA. Some of the techniques, a lot of the interview, etc. I have a subscription and have always liked it.

I'm from Canada so naturally i want to learn about Canadian MMA fighters.
I was just wondering who are some of the best Canadian fighters or if there is somewhere where i can search for that and find what i am looking for. Also is there a site that shares fight videos, so i can see some of the Canadian fighters in action?

You want the Fight Request Thread, in the Videos section of this site. http://forums.mmanews.com/showthread.php?t=2430&page=56 That would be the best place to request fights. As for the link to the fight, depends on which Gracie v. Shamrock you want. There have been more than a couple fights between Gracies and Shamrocks. If you're more specific, it's easier to find stuff. You can also do a search on the site, will give you links to any threads that mention what you're searching for. Good luck.
