General MMA Questions

I thought they signed a deal with the tv company... This is my lil rant but how the hell do they expected to grow their product if it isn't televised. When do they their newes shows usually get put on tv, i see some of them on sportsnet or the score once in a while but those are the old ones? and thanks in adavnce.

none of their shows are live (or usually even close). So you see them tape delayed.

Anyone know of some good MMA magazines? I have a subscription to RealFighter but there have to be more out there.

Admittidly, I started watching after TUF 1, but I'd like to think I know a LOT more about MMA since then.

The more I read and see, the more I want to learn about it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

why was chuck liddell in kevin randleman's corner when he knocked out cro cop? i didnt kno this till recently anbody mind elborating for me

RealFighter is the only one that I subscribe to. There aren't many others that I think are really worth it.

Your best bet for learning more is to stick around and read/ask questions on the forum. Also search different MMA things on wikipedia, It has alot of information.

If you want a book with info try No Holds Barred - I personally haven't read it yet but it's supposed to be really good

My guess would be that Randleman trained with Chuck before that fight. So Chuck came to his corner.

I know that Randleman has trained with Chuck and it would make the most sense to do that before the Crocop fight.

Actually Chuck was there to corner Gan McGee who was also fighting that night against Semmy Schilt in the HWGP. Chuck ran into Randleman there, and like you said they had trained together in the past, so Randleman asked Chuck if he would join him in his corner.

Anyone know why a lot of fighters have their home websites as ".tv" at the end. Such as iceman.tv, arlovski.tv, roycegracie.tv, etc. Assuming there is some sort of significance to this. Not real important but just wondering.
