I'll pulling for Renzo, I can not stand Frank Shamrock. He sits and talks trash on youtube and comes back and fights a fight that he should dominate. If he is so good why doesn't he come back and fight Kang, Filho, or Silva. Nope, he wants to talk his trash and make a big pay day instead of backing it up. I know that he is one of the best of all time, but he needs to either put up or shut up and this fight doesnt prove anything.
God I hope Renzo submits this guy.

Because you have to bild your skill set to fight thoes guys. Like he is going to jump right in on the Cream of the crop after being away for so long give me a break. How about Bas when he came back fight Chuck or Rampage. That is just plain silly talk my friend. |

I see your point, but the difference is Bas is not going around posting video's on youtube talking about how great he is and this, that and the other thing. If Frank was just coming back and fighting, hell I would be all for it. But with the shit talking he does, I just want to see him put up or shut up. Back up the talk and fight someone that is a true challenge. Renzo has a good chance of submitting him, but thats it. The point is, if he wants to go around and talk about how great you are prove it. Fight one of the best now and see if you are as good as you once were, or as good as say you still are. |

I agree hopefully he is building up to do so. I think he wants to prove the Nay sayers wrong now. But only time will tell, his window is small considering his age. |

I hope he still has his skills. Frank was one of my favs back in the day. I think the real reason he hasn't went over and fought someone great is because he's trying to support Strikeforce out of ideal. He hates The UFC because he thinks Dana exploits fighters or something, and may feel the same way about other big organizations like Pride. Anyway, I'm pulling for him, even if he is a whackjob. BTW, anyone ever visit Frank's forum at his website? Guy spells like English is his second language. He actually said something about how Dana can't buy his "sole."
