Mezger is a crappy fighter so is Vitor, Vitors hand speed and strength might be better then Rashad, but technical skills... No Vitor was your average MMA striker that swung for the fences with no real technical skills. Babalu is an average striker, but is still pretty sloppy and not crips. The only good striker you named was Overeem, and Chuck couldnt strike with him.

uhhh did you watch the fight? Overeem forced Chuck to take him down twice, and it wasnt until Overeem gassed that Chuck knocked him out.. again did you watch the fuckin fight?

and yes i have seen and own EVERY PRIDE, UFC, CAGE RAGE, ROTR, WFA, JUNGLEFIGHT, HEROS ,INOKI BOM BA YA, GFC, Fists Of Golory and fights from more organizations that you have probably never even heard of so trust me you aint seen shit that I havent seen.

ok so how does this prove hes a better striker? when he was gettin outstriked bad until Overeem gassed, Chuck is the much better fighter cuz he took Overeem down at no end and outcondioned him, but better striker? no and Overeem proved that in the fight.

Mezger is a crappy fighter? He held his own against Wandy at Pride 10 and was winning in my opinion till Wandy swung for the fences and knocked him out. All of Mezger's losses were to the top competition. No respect for the Lion's Den.

I have been obsessed with all things mma for 14 years and I have probably seen more fights live than you have seen on tv. We can disagree thats fine but dont confuse me with some tuffer newbie who dont know jack like most of these people in here!

Good deal. You have valid points there. And for the record I am a fan of Chuck and not Rashad, I was just saying Rashad is the only active 205 in the ufc to have the tools to beat Chuck. If they were to fight today it would be closer then you think, but Chuck would knock him out. But in a year or so I say Rashad will be a strong contender.

rashad will be a contender thats about all right now, even in a year unless he adds some new things like subs and better gnp, improve on boxing, i dont really see him beating chuck anytime soon, its not impossible i just dont see it right now, and since rampage is in the ufc now i dont really see him beating rampage either, be a good fight but rashad as wrestling going for him once he grows as a fighter he SHOULD be unstopable

Shokji, Kondo, Kunioku, Suzuki, these guys are top fighters? he has 14 loses and the biggest win of his career is an early win over Tito thats it.

Those were early in Mezger's career, you can't hold that against him. Defeats to Bas Rutten, Semmy Schilt, Tito, Wandy, Chuck, Arona, Big Nog, Sakuraba. I'm not saying he was championship material but he was a big draw for Pride in the earlier days. Definately top ten from 2001-2003.
