It's gonna be 1 GP a year. Each year is gonna be a different weight class. Not 1 GP every 4 years. fe4tw explained it well a few posts above. Example: LWGP 2007, WWGP 2008, MWGP 2009, HWGP 2010, then the cycle will repeat LWGP 2011, WWGP 2012, etc.
It makes more sense than having 2 GPs every year.
