MMA in Montreal!!!
Anyone else catch this at the end of the fight? One of the execs(not sure if it was Dana or not) seemed to say that George would be defending the title in Montreal.

I saw that. I wasn't sure what was said, but GSP seemed really excited. How would that work in Canada? What governing body would they need for sanctioning, rule changes, etc

that would be so great for him cause serra's pretty much a gimme for gsp and to win impressively your first title defense in your home country would give him the confidence he needs to take out the entire ww division.(not that he doesn't already have it)

I think it was on of the fertitta brothers that said it, and then GSP went even more crazy. Yea GSP and Serra would be perfect, GSP dominating at home.

I thought he meant we'd see Hughes/St. Pierre 3 in Montreal which would be awesome, but any fight for GSP in Canada would rule.
He won't lose in Canada to anybody, he's too proud and too damn talented.

I'm not sure the name of the governing body, but it will be the same as the UFC, Montreal is always having MMA shows.
