Default What will get the bigger draw?

UFC 65 and the Manny Pacquio vs Eric Morales fight are both competing on PPV tonight. What do ya'll think will get the bigger PPV buys? I'm going to say UFC but Pac Man and Morales are no John Ruiz or Hasim Rockmon.

Opinions?

I dunno I like the Hughes vs GSP main event a little better but its not gonna have as many high points as the Morales fight, even if it goes all 5 rounds.. maybe UFC wins the PPV Buyrate, but I think Boxing wins the attendance/gross sale.

Both, I hope to watch Manny vs Morales tonight though but if it doesnt come on early enough im gonna watch UFC, ill prolly get both on tape.. but to me a boxing match is like a football game, and MMA is just the touchdowns so I prefer to watch the boxing match now and the MMA event later.

This is tough. I think UFC will pull more buy because a lot of people believe Morales is done. It won't be a whole lot more but more nontheless.

I ordered both but i'm stuck at work for a double so i won't get home until 10 which is when the UFC starts and the boxing starts at 9. I have a dual tivo so i was just going to record both of them but there's a problem with the boxing not wanting to set to record and won't let me. So if my g/f can't get it and directv can't fix the problem, i'm obviously going to cancel because when i get home it's UFC time first. I REALLY wanted to see Arnatous take on Torres on that undercard though, i was looking forward to that more than the main event or just as much, so that'll suck if i can't see it.

I gen stay away form most boxing PPV's however this does look like a fast paced couple of fights. But I have a good bit of bets spread out around some friends that I will want to ridicule and laugh at during the UFC.

I actually have several bets for Vera v. Mir, that I hope will leave much to laugh at.

I'm buying both. Watch Hughes and GSP tonight, watch Pacman and Morales after UFC.

But to answer your question I think UFC will get more PPV buys, because it's more exciting to the casual fan, and all the hard core fans will get to see the rematch they've been waiting for since '04.

But then agin Morales and Pacqiao always put on a good fight, especially against each other.
