Frank Mir looked good at Live Weigh-in

Just watched the UFC 65 live weigh-in and Mir looked to be in great shape. He weighed in at 254lbs., but there looked to be very little flab on him. Could this be the return of the old Mir? Does this better his chances of winning?

I'd take Pe De Pano Cruz over Vera.Cruz is bigger and stronger and better on the ground ,than Vera.

I'd take Vera. He's a better striker, better all around, and is more experienced in MMA. Vera is very solid. I think you are underrating him. Pe De Pano is great in ADCC, but he's an average MMA fighter. He just beat a fat Frank Mir, that's about it.

I do hope Mir wins his fight with Vera, as I've been a Mir fan since his early UFC days, but I just don't see it happening.

Vera is a better striker ,but I think this fight would eventually go to the ground.Cruz is bigger and stronger than Vera and I think he'd eventually be able to get this fight to the ground and win.
