Ultimate Finale Fighter Salaries
The following figures are from the fighter salary information that the UFC is required by law to submit to the Nevada State Athletic Commission, including the winners' bonuses. Any "secret money" that the UFC also pays its fighters is not included in the figures below.
In the cases of Matt Serra and Travis Lutter, who won the TUF 4 tournaments, it was noted during the season that the two winners would each receive a cash bonus of $100,000, and you'll notice those bonuses reflected in the figures below.

since all the guys from the show got 10K to fight and 10K to win, why didnt Serra and Lutter get 120,000K each(including their 100,000 bonus)?

Compared to what they've paid before for even ppv, i think this was a nice total payout. Everyone made 5 digits except for Leites which i'm wondering why? But anyways, at least it looks like fighters are finally starting to get paid a little better, let's see if this continues with tomorrow's ppv.

That's what I was wondering too... Leites getting $3,000?? But overall it is getting a little better, maybe the UFC took notice to all the threads on mma forums voicing their opinions on the pay outs.

more likely, to get the former UFC stars that the UFC wanted, they offered them all 10k fights regardless if they won the competition or lost in the first round (consider it compensation for their 6 weeks on the show).
