Kurt Angle Challanges Puder to Free Fight on Bubba the Lovesponge

This is just cross promotion, a pure publicity stunt. The joke is, even as a fantasy the match isn't even interesting. I think Tatanka vs. Matt Hughes now thats a fight

I actually heard the interview on the show yesterday. I didn't catch the beginning of it because I don't usually listen to Bubba.

But let me just say that Bubba is probably the most uninformed dope in the history of any radio show. Basically during the whole interview he was egging Angle on and basically just wanted to talk to his wife. Bubba pretty much knows nothing unless they're talking about Nascar or some other form of racing.

But with that being said, Kurt seemed half like he was playing along and half serious also. But at the same time I'm almost expecting Puder to show up in TNA shortly and have some sort of fixed MMA match there. This seems like the type of worked/shoot angle that wrestling organizations have been pulling off for years. So I'm not sure to take this too seriously at the moment.

First off, who else is tired of Angle running his mouth when we all know he has no intention of backing it up. Wrestling is not fighting, it can help a great deal but it won't strictly win you the fight. I had a great deal of respect for Angle for years for his wrestling ability but that flew right out the window lately. All he does is run his mouth about how badass he is and we'll never know. I don't even really know that much about Puder but I hope he beats the dogshit out of Angle just to shut his mouth. Or better yet, I hope some unknown CAN somehow gets a chance to make a fool out of him. He thinks he's on Chuck or Titos level, PLEASE someone wake his ass up.

All the years of addiction to pain medication must have taken a toll on his mind. Angle will quickly bring up how Puder got kicked out of the WWE but he doesn't tell people why he got kicked out of the WWE. From what I have heard Angle was released from the WWE because he has a dependancy on pain killers. Now he is just running his mouth so people will follow him to TNA. He won't have the fan base in TNA that he had in WWE and he is trying to build that up.

Actually, Kurt makes a valid point when he says he's on Chuck and Tito's level. Tito's credentials as a wrestler don't go beyond college, nor do Chuck's. Kurt on the other hand:

This was during the days of "Tough Enough", a show like the ultimate fighter except this was for wrestling contracts and money. During a televised event Angle asked if one of them wanted to step in the ring for just a straight shoot style wrestling match. Puder went to his back and put a key lock on Angle. I'm not sure why he did that cause it was supposed to just be a wrestling match so Puder ended up penning his own shoulders down. So anyways Angle was pissed after that for Puder being careless.

i'm very sorry to inform you all, but it was scripted. it was on a pro wrestling show. he was allowed to keylock angle then get rolled on his back and pinned. that way there is drama for things to happen later. angle is still the major bad ass, but the new guy keylocked him, let's see what happens later...... they have matches that build puder up as the next thing. if angle just rolls him up like nothing it's got nowhere to go.

but before that got going puder got canned. now he is building his mma career on all this hype. i hurt the one "real" wrestler in wwe. he got pissed and is scared to fight me now.

I WOULD believe that scenario, but as you said Puder got fired. You know why? Because he pulled that stunt. Wrestling is a scripted sport, yes....but you can't control the actions of PEOPLE all the time. Once in a while they're gonna screw up.

If you are familiar with wrestling, then you will know about the famous Montreal Screwjob of Bret Hart, which was NOT worked, nor was his reaction after the fight. Also, you will know about the Matt Hardy/ Edge/ Lita (Amy Dumas) saga which once again, was no work. Pro wrestling is an entertainment show, but the athletes and people are still real, and possess the one thing that makes us all, as humans, a risk to be on television, and that is free will.

Puder got air time and wanted to make a name for himself. And that's exactly what he did in a very disrespectful manner. It was funny enough that he got PWN'D by Angle for using the brilliant strategy of laying on your back during a wrestling contest. Haha...fucking amateurs.
