LA get outta here. I'm not denying Griffin has promise, but you can't call him one of the best fighters never to fight in UFC or PRIDE based off a "win" against Bang Ludwig. Bang is good, but he's still for the most part a one dimensional fighter and to my "shitty" argument, keep in mind someone coming down in weight doesn't automatically put him in an advantage. Dropping 15 lbs. down to a diff. weight class isn't automatically a plus. Other things besides strength and size matter in MMA. Don't be so naive. Especially with wrestling experience like you have, cutting weight isn't always a good thing. Bang has been fighting 170 for most of his last fights, so he's not a natural 155'er. And his other notable win is against Faber. I haven't seen the fight so I don't know if it's an impressive win, as again it takes more than a win on paper to mean anything you have to actually know the fight - and I'm willing to bet you haven't seen the Griffin/Faber fight. Of course to defend your argument you'll come back saying you did, either way Faber is a 140 lb. fighter so that's not really a DEFINITIVE statement.
Now just like w/ Rory-Thacker where I keep pushing the argument because I don't understand why people claim Rory is as bad as Thacker off of ONE fight, that he WON by KNOCKOUT. Same on the other side when Griffin gets a controversial stoppage against Bang, a fight 4% of the world seen and the 4% that did the camera angle sucked so you can't tell anything. That doesn't mean Griffin isn't a good fighter, but you guys are saying he's going to come in and take over the UFC LW division based on the strength of that, and the Faber fight which I'm sure none of you who pump Griffin's name have even seen.
Lot of bandwagon action going on around here. Lot of followers.

well Bang's natural weight is 155, look at the Goulet match and see the size difference. he mentioned he' like to go back to his natural weight of 155. Tyson i didnt say is the best current fighter. but i see a greeat promis from him. he never lets a match go the to a decision and Faber although a 143 pounder, he is still a solid fighter. wat happened to size and strength not bein so important? just a few lines ago. and well i mentioned Tyson before the Ludwig match was even announced
