here is the content
Quote:
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ UFC former champ Quinton "Rampage" Jackson has been charged with six crimes in connection with the epic car chase in the O.C.
The Orange County District Attorney has charged Rampage with one felony count of evading while driving recklessly, one felony count of evading a peace officer, three misdemeanor counts of hit and run, and one misdemeanor reckless driving. You'll recall Rampage was driving a monster truck with a huge image of himself plastered on the side (always a bad move when you're evading police) when he allegedly struck two cars on a freeway, hit another car on a surface street and sent pedestrians scurrying for their lives.
If convicted he'll face three years in prison.
Now, shock of shocks. He was NOT charged with DUI. And, a few days after the incident, a pregnant woman in the car he hit on the freeway lost her baby, but Rampage was not charged for that.

The felonies will get reduced, or outright dropped or beat in court. Rampage has plenty of money to fight it with a good attorney, and I'm betting Dana would supplement that if he had to.
I feel bad for the lady with the lost baby, but I don't think it's conclusive at all that it was the crash that did it. especially when considering how minimal it was.
However, or course I'm no doctor. but I still bet they sue him and he'll settle.
As far as him fighting in december I don't see why it would make a difference unless it interfered with a court date. he's not convicted, and as long as he has permission from the court to travel there's no need to stop him

Miscarriage - settle out of court
All criminal charges - pleads out to 3 years probation for agreeing to go "No Contest" on misdemeanor evading and reckless driving
Rampage will never do a single day in the joint

Most likely he'll plead guilty to one of the felonies in exchange for the rest being dropped and will receive community service. The chances of him serving jail time are slim to none.

agreed, its a maximum of 3 years and especially considering the mind frame he was in at the time, i honestly doubt he even see's a prison. Rampage by way of slap on the wrist.
