it's basically IFL rules with 5 minute rounds. I also read that yellow cards are gonna be allowed. From FightNetwork.com:
WELCOMING THE KINDER, GENTLER YELLOW CARD
By Loretta Hunt
The infamous “yellow card” makes its U.S. debut this Saturday at PRIDE 32’s “The Real Deal” at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas. Utilized by PRIDE referees to signal a foul accrued by a fighter deemed “stalling” or “failing to initiate any offensive or defensive attack” during a bout, the card has also signaled a sometimes sizable percentage of that fighter’s purse deducted by Dream Stage Entertainment, the promoters of PRIDE events, in Japan.
Under the Nevada State Athletic Commission’s jurisdiction this Saturday, yellow card violations will take on a somewhat more “symbolic” role, says its Executive Director Keith Kizer. Referees will still be able to raise the cards come Saturday for any inactivity, illegal punch, or other foul listed under the NSAC’s regulations (Inactivity is listed under “timidity” in Nevada’s rules). But instead of money deducted from fighter’s purses, a one or two point scoring deduction can be given under the referee’s discretion.
