So basicly, he can't say anything bad about GSP because GSP beat him? Or because he isn't as good of a fighter as he use to be? That makes perfect sence. He didn't once say he wasn't impressed by either fighter, or that he could beat either one. He gave his assesment on the fight. We all do that and they could kick our asses with 1 hand.

If Hughes left in the middle of the fight, I think that's pretty classless. You don't leave in the middle of a fight, especially if it is one of your fellow colleagues. The smack talking by GSP is hard to take seriously with that accent of his. And he is always classy and nice in his interviews so I guess you take his smack talk with a grain of salt.

I think these comments are completely understandable even if they are slightly douchey. Hughes is a former champ who's been getting beat down as of late. Im pretty sure I'd have a hard time watching one of the guys who beat me down defend the title he took from me. While this is not justification for the remarks he made, they are understandable.
Yea, Hughes is a hypocritical, bible thumping, past his time prick and you can point to this as a perfect example. Hell, no even so much for the content - But because he's pretty much doing what he got on St. Pierre's case for. The HYPOCRISY's what gets on my nerves, not so much his comments.
