Until the day there's a legitimate L in Fedor's column, then it's him.

This is a very tough question all three should be in some kind of MMA Hall of Fame one day with the way they have controled their weight classes and pretty much cleaned house of the competion at one point of their career.

It was a two horse race for my vote due to the fact Penn i feel will have the toughest road ahead of him and hasn't dominated as well as Fedor and Silva has with complete control of their adversaries.
I voted for Silva and am not a big fan of him personally.

He just has Dominated a little more than Fedor imo I almost voted for fedor due to his dectruction of timmy but Silva is gonna be at this for a long while it seems.
I wish i coulda voted for both but had to pick one

Yea it is not easy. My trepidations with Anderson is Hendo tooled him in the first yes he lost but was it because he lost too much weight too fast??? Who knows. Penn knows he is the best and trains up to comp. Fedor is just the best IMO

ok so your saying if they fought the best possible? ok so here's who i think is the best possible guys for each.

penn- aoki, hansen, alvarez, gomi.

anderson- manhoef, jacare, okami, cote.

fedor- couture, arlovski, barnett, overeem.

out of those i see penn losing to hansen and alvarez. anderson 50/50 chance losing to manhoef and jacare and fedor beating all four simply because penn would get outstruck by hansen and alvarez and anderson getting overwhelmed by manhoef and getting subbed by jacare. fedor has shown no weakness what so ever, so there is nothing to make me believe any of those 4 can beat him. so my answer is fedor however all 3 could take out all the opponents i named and have a three way tie for god of kings.

I don't know i thought hendo lost cuz he decided to stand a little to long got rocked then ended up with silva transitioning to his back.

i would of thought Hendo would be a pro at getting down to that weight but he had been at lhw for a while before that so i see your point.

I also agree that Fedor is the best p4p in the world just not as dominant in his weight class as anderson is. I know i might be contradicting myself there but thats my opinion.

I don't think there is any contradiction there, it seems reasonable to me.

I don't see how you can get more dominate than
1) Never being beaten (cut)
2) Beating the other Champ of a Major Organization convincingly Twice.
3) Beating a Top 5 opponent in 36 seconds.
4) Beating guys with weight and height advantages by large margins.
5) Being an overwhelming favorite in all of his fights, except Cro Cop.

Only 1 man has this dominating distinction in MMA, and that is Fedor.

I'm not asking who HAS been the most dominate though, I'm asking who WILL be the most dominate. It's a very subtle distinction and the answer to both questions could/can be the same but I just want to make this clear. I'm only asking about how you see the future playing out. The past should have no impact on your prediction. So if Fedor losses once and neither BJ or Silva lose in the future, Fedor would be the least dominate even though his overall career would still be more dominate than these two. Am I confusing everyone yet? I'm trying to ask a very specific question and I don't know if I'm doing a good job.

I went with Silva for his consistent domination... Fedor is a dominant HW and Penn a dominant LW...

You'll have to consider the depth of each weight class, level of competition, previous history, etc...

I took the view of currently most dominant, and I'm picking Silva... I don't think there are a wealth of lightweights who could trouble Penn, and I don't think there's currently a HW who can beat Fedor, and I don't think there's a middleweight who could topple Silva...

Fedor really has no place to go, Penn could go up to WW and I can see him being stopped by some of the competition, but I can also see him beating them just as easily... I can say the same for Silva at 205...

it's very close, no choice is wrong imo, but when I think Dominant, I think Silva...
