I agree that GSP is way more athletic and maybe Penn cannot handle it, but I don't see why he couldn't. He handles GSP the first time, he handled Sherk very easily, and he handled Hughes in his prime.
But I don't agree that Penn can't beat GSP on the ground... Penn is a better striker then GSP and much much better grappler then GSP.
I can see GSP winning with his wrestling and gameplanning, but Penn is just too dangerous and hard to gameplan for. It's too hard to call this fight. I will say in Penn's favor I think he can win by strikes or submission... as where I can only see GSP winning by a decision.
