Default Best Night of Judging in a long time (Re: 86)

In a card where the majority of the fights went to a decision, I think the judges deserve some credit. There were two incredibily tough fights to judge and i think they got them both right.

I agree... they judged on all the set credentials: Effective Striking (not just power shots), Grappling, Aggression and Octagon Control.

It's all opinion. So far from what I've seen on here, its about 55-45 in favour of Forrest winning, and 50-50 for the Cote Almeida fight. You either agree or disagree. However, if Rampage won I wouldn't be surprised either. It's not like it was Bisping/Hamill.

Too bad they got the championship fight wrong. Oh yeah, IMO.

to come out with a thread like this is just silly, all i have seen today have been threads about disputes about who should have won, maybe the calls went your way, all this is going to be is another debate thread about stuff that has been covered for pages and pages, i could see if you made a thread about the refs being good since i dont remember any bullshit calls

I agree the refs were good too but with some of the crazy scores we have seen in the past it was nice to see the judges get it right. and I don't necessarily mean my fighters won (although they did If the judges would have called the ME a draw or even a 1 point Rampage win and if Almedia would have got the split decision I could have posted the exact same comments, because they fights were that close. depending on your vantage point either fight could have gone either way. The good judging was the fact that cote almedia was 29-28 and the forrest page fight was also close, there were no 50-45s or anything silly like that.
