Default Barnett vs. CroCop 1

I just watched it. I was never able to watch that fight and just did and I was so confused. Why did Barnett tap? His shoulder did look out of place but CroCop didnt do anything to his shoulder. So I was wondering if anyone could offer me any detail?

When you first dislocate your shoulder (or more importantly see your own shoulder/arm dislocate {think in a way it shouledn't be} ) it is very offsetting.I can see how being in a fight your first instinct would be to tap. I dislocated my shoulder playing rugby but I was a right winger and it was my left shoulder (I'm right handed) so I played out the halve. In a fight I'm sure I would have felt defenseless and dominated. It looked far grosser than the fightin question (monkey arm) but it was the same injury, Barnetts muscles are just far stronger than mine.
