If White is serious about Silva fighting again in September that means you're going to have Silva, Liddell, Evans, Franklin, Henderson etc. all on the same card but not fighting each other with the exception of Liddell-Evans. This smells like a nationally televised card on a major network. Why else would they pull out all these stars but not having them in matchups against each other like they normally do.

If things go as planned I can see Anderson getting a LHW title shot in the first quarter of 2009. It'll happen sooner then most think.

i can see Silva fighting 3 more times but 4 would be pushing it a little dont you think? i mean Irvin Yusin and new years show idk hoe u would get another one in there

That would be great, But do you think Dana would stay tight lipped about this though?
I would think he would be screaming it from the rooftops if he had something like that going on so he could throw it in shaws face (esp if he still has all the control unlike shaw).

I think this is a smart move by Silva, he hasn't been taking any punishment in his fights, which allows him to fight more often, and come up for contract renewals more often. This would be a wise move for BJ Penn and Rampage as well. I think a fighter should fight a MINIMUM of 3 fights a year, and be mandatory for the champion at every weight class...
