You never know it could be up north, I don't know any places up there really but if it is, I would probably still go even if its a 5 hour drive.

Hell yeah Im goin for sure I been waitin for this since Dana first announced they were comin for a pay per veiw. I went to the first 2 fight nights they had at the Hard Rock and there is nothin like it. The fans down here are very educated when it comes to MMA I think south Florida,Vegas and L.A. are the 3 biggest areas in th US for MMA and I cant beleive they havent come for a PPV sooner.

I think Silva vs Chuck would be a crazy fight, but I think that Silva should fight Machida right after he beats Irvin. IMO throw Silva in with the best right away so that we can know for sure if he should just stay at MW. I love Liddell and I dont think it would be the best way for him to get his belt back

Most likely I think they will have Anderson fighting in the Main event since hes based out of Miami now or I could even see Alves gettin his title shot at this event if he gets past Diego. Chuck/Wand 2 is gonna go down in Vegas for sure thats too big of a fight to have anywhere else

Afro, the only way you can be two hours away from Orlando and two hours from Miami is if you are driving 105mph up and down I-95.
I can almost guarantee the event will be somewhere in S.FL.
While I wouldn't call the majority of the fanbase knowledeable(most of the crowd at the Fight Nights at the Hard Rock were just there because UFC was the "hot ticket") there IS some spurts of MMA intelligence.
That, combined with the HUGE Brazilian population = money for MMA.
ATT is also huge down here.

Actually you can be if you live right in the middle. I live in the Orlando area and I drive to Miami/Homestead once per month and it takes about 4ish hours.

Awesome. I live in Kansas City but my folks are in Jacksonville and I go down there a couple times a year to visit them.
Will have to make one of the trips down there coincide with this event!
Would be awesome if it were in Jacksonville itself. Probably not though...Miami is likeliest.
