I have a feeling that Big John just wanted to be the guy to ref Randy vs Fedor. That would be one of the best fights to ever officiate, especially if you intended for that fight to be your last.

I haven't seen any negative comments from Dana directed towards Big John. That's a good sign since Dana isn't the type to keep his opinions to himself ;p

With that being said I think Big John finds his way back to the UFC eventually, perhaps UFC 100.
