Honestly, it has been said plenty of times. No fighter goes into a fight 100% healthy due to how hard most of them train, no one has a perfect life. This really isn't anything new to be heard about anyone.

Agreed. People get on a win streak and start talking about how they're finally healthy and some stuff is behind them.....then, low and behold they lose and start making excuses. Winning is about putting all that shit behind you and beating some ass.

I'm pulling for Cote, but if pressed I'd have to pick Almeida for the win. Cote's a much different, better fighter than he was even a couple years ago, but it worries me how quickly he lost to Lutter back at TUF 4 finale.

i hope cote wins and gets a title shot. imo cote is the toughest fighter at 185lbs along with silva. and his standup is very powerful and technical. i think a silva vs cote would be an absolutly amazing fight to watch.
i think cote would last longer then anyone else silva has fought. but thats just my opinion. toughness like cote has is something you cant teach. imo his chin is one of the best in the ufc.
its a shame he has to fight almieda whos a ground specialist. id rather see him fight bisping.

IF cote does win and gets a title shot, Even though he is more technical then Leben, and as much as i like him, once silva starts engaging, i dont see cote lasting too much longer then leben
If cote can keep it standing against almeida, he'll win. But if Almeida gets him down, its over
