I think it looks to me like some people care about their records, and others just think they should fight until they can't make any more money.

I don't think anyone could argue Ken can EASILY be a main event and draw a decent PPV. So why all the hate? The guy has done enough for the sport to deserve to do whatever he wants with his career. So what if he doesn't want to go down at the top of his game. Who in this sport does?

I'm betting 99% of the retired fighters did so without many other options.

i don't hate the guy but i know im not the only one that's tired of hearing him call out opponents that would destroy him. im all for him going out with a win but is there really anyone that he stands a chance against? i like what someone said about tanner that would be great if they could make it a catch weight. id watch that one

Thump, it's not hate..it's reality. Ken can't hang with these guys today. Quite honestly, neither can Royce. For that matter, look at how Hughes has been handled by newer, younger fighters.

No one wants to see a fighter suffer a humiliating defeat or even possibly harm/death in the ring/cage. It pained me to see Tanner such a wresck last week.

A fighter should know when it's time to say goodnight.

How about Shamrock vs Tank Abbott. I really want to see this and I don't know why.

Tanner would rip his head off... There isn't a single thing that Shamrock could do to Tanner outside of shooting him before the match to win that fight...

I'll miss Tanner, but would I like to see him absolute destroy Shamrock in one last Hurrah!...

yes... yes I would...

Shamrock can talk all he wants, if he fight Gracie they should do the thing old school... No weight class, gloves, or time limit...

Whoever wins... lives...

We shoot the loser out of cannon into the Grand Canyon...

That might actually be a fight Tank can win.

Ken vs Don or Royce i would watch, a legends fight is all that makes sense and hopefully he can go out wit a W, but then again if he wins he might think he can beat anyone again.
