We obviously know what Forrest's game plan is, take down rampage or rampage take forrest down and sub Rampage.
Forrest is working with some of the best BJJ guys in the world. Lister is the bjj trainer their, Drysdale and Jacare are all working with Forrest. Which means even if he loses his ground game will be better lol.
He is also trainign with Wandy with MT so you can imagine win or lose Forrest will become a different an much better fighter. Maybe at this point Forrest isn't ready to beat Rampage but some day i believe Forrest will become champion.
Look at how much time and effort Forrest is putting into training to prepare for this fight, Forrest is getting better so like i said regardless of the fights outcome Forrest will be better.
Still think Forrest wins

you know wat...if forrest is training his muay thai really hard he might be able to use the clinch against rampage...we all have see wat rampage is like in the clinch...wandy shogun and ninja all hurt him there...
but i do believe rampage will take it...even though id like foresst to win because if foresst wins and chuck beats rashad you can bet you damn ass dana will set up chuck vs foresst for the title and if chuck wins and wandy beats his next fight...dana would love to set up chuck vs wand 2 for the title...big mmoneyy in that..
well see soon enough though...

If Forrest beats Rampage, you can damn well bet Forrest vs Chuck or Wandy will be fucking huge.
IMO Forrest could be a huge draw.

Oh I agree and I have said it before,Forrest will win this. He is doing what it takes and I think we will have a new champ. Randy is a genius at gameplans and Lister is awesome at BJJ. HE also has a man that has destroyed Rampage 2 times. I really like both these fighters,besides Wandi they are my favorites at 205. War Forrest

I dont know what the point of that quote was because he just worked his way around the question and didnt pick a winner.
The writer says that randy picks forrest but couture doesnt actually say that in the quote provided

Forrest is the most overrated/overhyped fighter in all of mma. Hes just fucking big and got heart thats all.

Have you read this thread, talk about forrest overhyped you would think rampage its going to be revealed that rampage is the son of jesus in the sequal to the davinci code.
I like rampage he makes me laugh no doubt, but why is he this superman now???? He beat chuck, yep he did that before hes in his head and has chucks number. Other than that his only major wins sense leaving pride have been against two ageing middle weights. Hendo good yes, but silva made much easier work of him than rampage did.
there are some very good 205's right now and rampage could lose to allot of them. There are several mathups I'd say are even and forrest is close to even in my mind. |

cotoure didnt say he picked griffin. the guy in the article said cotoure picked griffin. id like to hear an excact quote of cotoure saying griffin will win. im just sayin this cause me and cotoure have the same picks the majority of the time, and i cant see forrest winning this fight. if he did, maybe he picked him cause he trains with him, or maybe he just thinks forrest will win. eithor way i dont see forrest winning this fight.
maybe im way off but i see rampage as a huge favorite in the fight, and i dont think personally that forrest has much of a chance. but then again its just my opinion but im willing to sig bet on it.
