I am an MMA fan all the way. I think about MMA all the time it seems. Other sports just seem so insignificant in comparison.

I know exactly what you mean. Before Liddell-Couture 2 and 3, I had that nervous tension. Hell, My fiance still hates Chuck and I'm pretty sure thats the reason.

I like the article and all but there are a few parts that I just dont really agree with. The part about how a fan may be happier then a fighter or more upset after a win or lose is pretty much BS. Unless you have acctually stepped in a ring, or a on mat and won that big match or lost that big match, you have no idea how it feels. I still remember the feeling of what it was like when my wrestling team won a tourny. I would be in complete ecstasy for days. And the same thing when my team would lose a tough dual meet, I would be depressed for days on end. Same thing happened after I lost my last wrestling match in high school. I don't think I really did anything for a couple days expect moop around my house. Now unless you have been there, then you really have no idea what it feels like.

I'm definately a true fan, I was pretty depressed when BJ lost....I'm not gonna lie. No telling how long it will be until his next title shot.

My wife will read while half watching the TUF. She doesn't watch the PPVs because they come on too late for her (she gets up insanely early for her job). I thought it was funny that she ws reading the satellite bill and said "Did you get a PPV called Viddell vs. Sobral".
Ok...so it wasn't that funny....**SIGH**

I think the makes a True Fan.
Sucking on the balls of your favorite fighter just makes you kind of a douche.
