Fitch has a chance and I think he'll be ready for when GSP wants to take it to the ground, unlike Koscheck. Should be a great fight.

That's a weird thread title. That was a pretty humble interview.

The interviewER seemed pretty sensational, and Fitch kind of took him down a notch.

He was all like "Yeah GSP, isnt a good wrestler, lolz?" And Fitch was like "wtf stfu" then the interviewer was all "omg moviez." What a goofball

Fitch is my fave, he's brilliant.

Whether he beat Diego or not is an interesting argument on submission attempts vs. submission defense

Well when I read it, I thought it was going to be your typical cocky fighter interview. At least that's what the title leads you to believe. And I didnt really say anything exactly like that in the article. But I'm sure he is ready to take the title and start a legacy. It's not that bad I suppose! No hate

I think you missed the first paragraph Pillow. dont mean to bust balls but here it is.

PDG: Obviously the big news now is that you are challenging Georges St. Pierre for the UFC welterweight title; how does that feel for you?
Jon: I’m excited – it’s a long time coming. I’ve had visions of this day for years. I honestly think I should have been fighting for a title a year about, but with all the mess and the reality shows it was impossible. I just bided my time and fought whoever they put in front of me, and I kept winning so I’m ready to do it now – I’m ready to take the title and start my legacy.

I completely agree. Fitch still has a lot to prove. He has won 15 in a row... But he has yet to face big names. although winning against Alves was impressive. it seems he loses the first round in all of his fights, but wins in the end when the other fighter gasses. GSP will not gas, so he has to do a lot to win this. Fitch is a good guy though, but i dont think he can beat GSP or Hughes.
