I'd have to say Rampage for sure. Such a stacked division cant bode well for any champ.

i dont see any heavyweights beating nog, anderson isnt losing anytime soon, and the only person i see beating rampage is perhaps wandy but that fight probably wont happen for a while. i see bj penn dropping the lw title to move up to ww to fight gsp and beat him for the ww so one of those titles.

Agreed. I don't think Penn, St. Pierre, Anderson, and Nogueira are all more likely to hold onto their belts.

Right now, Penn is alone on top. I don't think Florian, Huerta, Aurelioetc. have what it takes to beat Penn just yet. I see plenty of guys giving him a run for his money though and/or pulling an upset.

GSP only has to get through Fitch for the time being.. and I don't think Fitch can do anything to GSP.

Anderson has no contenders... no one is going to take him out except maybe Hendo, who is a fight or two from a rematch.

Nogueira has no real contender either at the moment. Arlovski is MIA... Fedor, Sylvia, Couture, Cro Cop, Aleks, and Barnett are all unavailable. I don't think Werdum, Vera, or Mir will be able to take Nog either.

P.S. Poll Added..

Depends, but I think its between Rampage and Nog. But with Nog set to do the next TUF, doesnt that mean he wont be fighting for a while?

Much easier said than done Most fights end up on the ground; and when you're fighting someone as skilled as Nog whose main focus is to get you there, you're going to end up there with him sooner or later, especially in a 25-minute fight.

Yep, that factored into my choice. Any time you have a question like this, the next scheduled title fight has to inherently be given some weight. LW champ just fought; MW fight isn't on the near horizon; WW fight is scheduled but later than the LHW fight; and HW will be later still.

That, combined with the fact that I don't view Rampage as "mythic" as I view Penn, GSP and Silva (and to a slightly lesser extent Big Nog) plus the fact that he's in a stacked division and I think Big Nog will beat Mir, all makes me say LHW belt is the next one to change hands.

gsp is going to beat fitch
silva will smash okami if they fight
bj will kill anyone in the lw division
frank mir isn't going to beat nog imo
i think rampage is more likely to lose to forrest han anyone else...but i still see page winning...but if machida fights after forrest i think machida will beat page.
