I can't get that piss poor performance by Nickels against Hamill out of my brain's hard drive. Because of the respect I have for the training that Mixed Martial Artists go through I don't typically slam fighters, but that might have been the worst performance I have ever seen. Why was he flinching so much against a guy that does not seem to hit very hard, let alone have any other boxing skill? Hamill was all wrestler. I don't know, maybe Nickels did not want to commit with his punches.
All joking aside, I can't see how Nickels can show his face to the MMA public after that TUF fight.
Obviously Nickels is looking for redemtion, but I see this fight as a romp for the Dean of Mean.
