I don't think Sherk did roids, but he is still a giant dick. A 155 version of Matt Hughes, he is just trying to be nice in recent interviews to get everyone to stop boo'ing him.

I don't know. I thought the same, but I am leaning towards he has grown up some. Hanging around Matt Hughes dickishness can rub off. I think this whole 10 months off, losing the belt, getting boo'ed has sunk in.

We shall see!

Any ideas as to what he's talking about or is it just a deflection? I tend to give him the benefit of the doubt.....just seeing the ass load of supplements he takes. Who knows.
