That was 8 years ago. Granted I...Yes ME I am wanting Coleman to win and he is probably one of my least favorite fighters eva'. I even like Lesner personally better but I still want him to lose so MMA orgs will never do this kind of shit again.

Arlovski deserved it, but Zuffa has apparently fucked that.

Werdum easily deserves it over Mir with a dominating win over Gonzaga, who was still top 10 when they fought.

A case could even be made for Vera, who just beat Mir in dominant fashion.

Don't get me wrong, I actually like Frank, but a win over an utterly green and underprepared Lesnar just isn't that big of a win.

Coleman will lose, and he will lose fast. This is the UFC not pride.Which means he can't use steroids, which is why now he looks like a deflated titty like the rest of hammer house.Coleman has one strength..wrestling.And it's going to be taken from him very quickly. Lesnar by round 1 retirement mauling.

but if you were in the UFC's shoes are you gonna have NOG wait til Vera/Werdum settles in June than have Nog vs winner in October or November.

Thats 10 months of having a champion on the shelf w/o an injury. Frank Mir hasn't lost in almost 2 years and w/ his ground skills, I think its a great matchup and probably at THIS point the best the UFC can give us.

I know the UFC fucked up w/ AA, that should have been the best choice. Who knows, there still is hope....

Does anyone else think this matchup is stupid and was only made to legitamize Lesnar?

Coleman is still an effective fighter but with the GnP style he doesnt stand a chance. He will just be so overpowered. He can't pull a Mir from his back and he wont be able to mount Lesnar and make sure Does Coleman know that headbuts are no longer legal in the UFC?
