Almost every child in Europe and SouthAmerica plays soccer, many of them in a school team.
Boxing is very practiced in East Europe.
I mean that there are sports much more practiced for white people than for black people (tennis, golf, hockey...) so you can't compare the number of star players.
I think that black people is, statistically, faster and somewhat stronger. That's a fact (see a 100m olympic final) and gives some advantage in many sports.
I was more interested in social issues in USA. I am happy to read that any talented black fighter would be well acepted in UFC and I expect a black champion soon.
