Really good replacement.
Quarry doesn't quite have the power of Leben, but still has the one punch KO power that Bisping has always lacked. I also think his MT is much better then Bispings. I predict Nate via TKO(due to Rock Robo Strikes) late in the 3rd after Bisping has gassed.
As for the MW title deal,I think Okami is next in line. After him its still a question mark. To soon to tell. It all depends on who wins Cote/Almeida,who wins this fight, who Leben fights for his return, and what Franklin or Hendo end up doing.

damn, UFC 85 is a disater! Shogun injured. Chuck injured. Leben jail time. SHIT! makes me think someone may die out there come showtime!!!
lol jk but seriously this doesnt look too good right now. im sorry, but Hughes/Alves main event (despite the fact im a THiago fan) isnt cutting it.
i think Nate is a great choice to replace Leben if thats the case. he wont be landing all them leg kicks against Bisping but he sure as hell can hurt Bisping. Bisping's chin is definitely questionable, and if Nate connects OUCH!
hope these rumors are true and it goes down.

Going to be an interesting fight, Nate hits hard but he's a little slow and telegraphs his punches a bit too much. Bisping will have a the speed and clinch advantage. It'll be interesting to see if anyone has a strategy to mixed it up and bring the fight to the ground...
As much as I'm enjoying my new found love of Nate, I think Bisping will take this. His striking looked much sharper, he's always had good conditioning but his speed is much improved. If he utilizes a mix of high and low strikes and doesn't plant his feet and trade I can see him earning a UD or possible TKO sometime in the third.
Just a hunch...

this kinda sucks, bisping/quarry is a good matchup but i'm more intrigued by bisping/leben. leben's powerful southpaw style would have more potential to result in a dangerous fight.

What has nate shown to make you say that you think his MT is much better than Bispings? That's a bold statement. Nate looks rather sloppy to me, while bisping's stand up looks much more crisp and precise than Nates.
and you think Bisping is going to GAS??? Dude, did you see him in his last fight? He is in extremely good shape. I'd bet the house that Bispings conditioning is top notch

And by the way no one ever said they deserved a shot befor Okami. But they do deserve to fight for a chance to fight for the title if they win their next fight.

Quarry may have dynamite in his hands but he pretty much got his ass beat by Pete Sell. The only thing is that Quarry caught Sell and got the KO. If Quarry was to fight Anderson would kill him. We all saw what Rich Franklin did to Quarry and what Anderson did to Rich.
I think this will be a good fight but I think Bisping wins. Bisping looked really good at 185 even though he beat a bum. If he has another strong performance I think you have to through his name in the title mix. I dont like Bisping but he is a good fighter who has fought much better fighters then Quarry.

Bisping will destroy Quarry no problem, I like Quarry and all but he is too stiff when he strikes, thats how Rich KOed him. Bisping is much more fluid and will easily mow him down.

Bisping rarely incorporates knees and kicks,if he does they usually dont do much damage. Nate used almost constant body and leg kicks in his fight with Kalib,as he has in most of his fights.Quarrys MT may not be much better then Bispings, but I still think he's got an advantage in that department.
And off course Bisping looked good in his last fight...it was a 5 minute fight. I think Nate can deffinetly outwork Bisping. But I guess we'll see.

obviously you have never seen bisping fight. Bisping incorporates knees in his fights quite often. In fact, that's how he defeated McCarthy--he got him in a MT clinch and kneed the fuck out of him until one of the knees broke McCarthy's arm from him trying to cover his face.
