He works so bloody hard, has always been humble and people trash him now repeatedly.

I personally want to see a war between these two and I think we will. I predict BJ to win but if he can't finish Sherk in 5 rounds or if Sherk pulls off the victory, that's a real testament to Sherk's ability
yeah for sure, i don't even think sherk was guilty but i think bj is on another level and there isn't much he is gonna be able to do..

i just don't think bj would get finished by sherk even if he was gassed.. like i think bj could hang on for the dec because he should deff win the first 3 rounds easily

The problem with Sherk is that his game is way too predictable. Although, he has one of the fastest shots for a takedown, its easy to guage when its going to come. It's usually a 1-2 combo then a shot. BJ has a very good TDD, so he should be able to stop it almost everytime. On the feet, BJ should be able to outbox him.

Sherk has a good butterfly guard too and he usually uses it to scramble back up. With BJ's top control, I could see him being able to hold down Sherk but Sherk is a fast scrambler, so he may get out of it in the rare instances. If BJ is on the bottom, I can see him sweeping Sherk or atleast giving one leg away to scramble back with the other. He's very good at doing that.

8 by (T)KO
12 by Submission
That is 20 finishes in 31 wins or a 67% finish ratio..

Get a clue.
yeah but even Sherk acknowledges his RECENT lack of finishing power in the interview, and his fights at Lightweight so far, and even in the last three years, have been Snooze fests, lay n pray. He's even sick of his lack of finishing ability recently. I wasn't claiming that he didn't finish people in the past. At all.

Not everyone has watched since UFC 1, I'll be the first to admit it. I even changed my status to say TUF noob because I'm so new. But I do pretty well to inform myself of the recent happenings and I think you are awfully quick to misinterpret what I say based on this.

If you don't like what I post, hit the ignore button, nothing can change how long I've watched MMA and how much I love it, love talking about it.

EDIT: looking at the rest of your posts, I didn't think he was ever that close to Finishing Florian either, and Franca was DEFINITELY LnP. Despite his training regimen, which is sweet, I think he is kind of silly in the amount of supplements he takes and I cannot STAND his recent style. He even said that he is staying on the same supplement regimen for this. I weight train 5-6 times a week, and work in a skeletal muscle research lab, I know a thing or two about the stuff. He works hard but that doesn't make me a fan at all.

I like to think I have a considerable amount of "clue"
