None of it really matters when it comes to fighting a dude that's literally 2 levels above your wildest dreams. Bj is going to make Sherk look ordinary. And those of you who know me know I started off as an anti Penn guy.
my prediction-Sherk on steroids, Penn submits him 1:32 seconds in the 3rd. Off steroids, 2:46 seconds in the second.

I think Sean will be in good shape, I don't think his strength will play much into it cause BJ has fought stronger opponents.

I am also curious to see what Sherk will look like, in terms of muscle mass. I am not worried about his conditioning, he will come to the fight in shape, Greg Nelson won't let him slack off.

Sherk was/is a health nut, I think we see the same Sherk, he trains hard, a lot like Faber.

Sherk will come back in better shape than before and proceed to silence all of his critics by defeating BJ Penn. It's too bad he will never get any respect for the rest of his fight career. The UFC and MMA in general has seen it's fair share of fighters caught using steroids, but i don't think anyone has received nearly as much scrutiny as Sean Sherk, especially considering his nandrolone levels were quite low, although still over the limit. It's a shame.

Sherk's going to come in great shape like he always has, roids or no roids. As a few of you have pointed out, however, it isn't going to make much of a difference against a freak like Penn.
Seriously, though...I've seen some comments on this thread about Sherk "shocking the world" and beating BJ. I say unto you, with WHAT?! Penn is light-years above Sherk when it comes to striking and BJJ, and his takedown defense IMO is beyond that of Liddell or Cro Cop's.
As I've said before, Matt Hughes could barely do anything with a bloated version of Penn. What the hell do you think Sherk is going to be able to pull off with a healthy, motivated, pissed-off Penn?

You can count on BJ being on the top of his game. He called Sherk out on the steroids thing and the biggest thing BJ has is his pride. He won't call him out and then not come ready to fight. I can't wait for this entire card. We get 3 main event worthy cards.
