Face tattoos are fucking creepy and they more often than not suggest to me either a ruthless criminality or a mental instability - not that those two diagnoses are necessarily mutually exclusive... and that is aside from actual tribesmen and the cultural significance for them.

Truth be told, however, unless your teeth are growing in such a way as to hazard a potential for medical concerns, or you are entering into a career as an actor or a fashion model, getting braces indicates that you are poser and a douchebag so that guy's dentist is probably cooler than he is.
