Dichotomize: To separate into two parts or classifications. According you to, I'm lumping all drug dealers in as "drug slanging gansters" (sic). That's one group, therefore, not dichotomization. Get a fucking clue.

I wonder how long the investigation was going on for. I thought I read it was a 4 year investigation but I now cant seem to find that. Assuming I wasn't imagining the time frame, I wonder at what point he was a contributer of it. Once he started getting "big" did he stop.

As with the time in jail. I do not no the whole story so I cant really comment. But if they can link the gun smuggling to crimes committed he might be screwed. I don't no how it fully works, but if I sell someone a gun (illegally) and that gun is used in a murder, can they come back and charge me with some sort of homicide? Or is that far fetched?

Your dichotomization is in respects to drug dealers and non dug dealers, which are individual groups with a common populous otherwise known as "humans"... you are lumping a group of humans into a sepcific class of activities eventhough that group of humans are as diverse as the rest of the population.
