Default mach sakurai's illegal blows

i was watching mach vs monma last night and was thinking monma's doing pretty good he's actually hanging with mach. then i noticed near the end of the fight after monma slipped and mach pounced on him. mach threw a couple punches then he delivered not one, not two but three hammer fists to the back of monma's neck. then while he was trying to finish he threw a couple more grazing punches to the back of the neck. the whole time the refs in his famous " do you give up" stance. standing ever so perfectly where he can stay out of view of the illegal blows. when he should be standing moving around, observing the fighters as a whole to make sure of the safety of the endangered fighter. instead of waiting in one spot with one hand in the air and the other hand pointing at monma, asking an endangered fighter in the heat of the moment, "do you give up". and what's really the cherry on top, was the fact, when they played the replay. they cut it off right before the hammer fists. switched camera angles and started the clip after the illegal blows.
its thing like that, that make me question the legitimacy of japanese mma. fighter favortism, allowed steroid use, and fixed fights really get under my skin.
not to mention cro cop beating up on that can, got under my skin as well.

well about the illegal blows. do you think the decision should be over turned to a no contest. or do you think he should of been disqualifed like j.z. your personal thoughts please.

Depends, I guess. First off the ref would have to see it occurring at the time. It would be very difficult to overturn it after the fact unless it was an obviously illegal blow that caused the stoppage/KO. Re-watch Jardine/Alexander. Near the end, Houston kneed Jardine while his knees were on the ground, but it was the immediate uppercut following that knocked out Jardine. If it's like the Silva illegal kick that KO'd Okami and Okami couldn't continue, then Silva was obviously DQ'd.
