I think the list blows giant cock:

"Norifumi “Kid” Yamamoto: Yamamoto has won 14 consecutive matches, including victories over Jeff Curran, Caol Uno, Genki Sudo and Rani Yahya. But he never fought in PRIDE or the UFC, which has hurt his visibility among North American voters"

What they actually meant to say was

"Faber is under contract to the Zuffa, so we put him on there instead"

good list. JZ should've been on it though. I'm sure if he beats aoki he will make it into his 10.

I thought the list was good. I think Torres might be climbing the list in the near future.

I think this list is almost dead on except for Miguel Torres. I think he is definately bordering the top 10 after such an impressive showing against Beebe but I don't think he's on their just yet. Who would I personally put in the number 10 spot? Lyoto Machida. He's beaten BJ Penn, Rich Franklin and Sokodoju who had previously knocked out 2 Top 15 LHW's back to back. I think after he beats Tito he will garner that spot for sure on most educated lists.

I disagree. I think he's good, but he'll have to beat someone better than Tito to break through.

I think already beating BJ Penn and being the only man besides Anderson Silva to beat Rich Franklin are already good enough wins to put him in there. Not to mention other high profile wins over Stephan Bonnar and Sokodojou. And Tito isn't a slouch either, he's just a little past his prime. Who do you think deserves the 10th spot besides Machida?

Shogun is a very good answer. I can't really argue whether Shogun or Machida deserve the spot, both hold a ton of awesome wins and they also both own a win over a current top P4P lister. I personally think Machida deserves it by a slight edge because of Shogun's UFC performance and inactivity lately and until atleast August.

Machida's domination of Sokodojou recently also should count for a large something. Nonetheless I wouldn't be particularly angry to see Shogun over Machida on anyone's list. Shogun KO'd a ton of excellent guys. I kind of think if Machida beats Tito they might pair him up with Shogun in August. Hopefully they do and our question can be answered.

Miguel Torres

MMA Record: 45-1-0

Accomplishments:
2003 PanAmerican - Silver Medal
2004 Arnolds Classic - Gold Medal
2005 Arnolds Classic - Gold Medal
2005 Gracie Nationals - Gold Medal
2006 Arnolds Classic - Gold Medal
2006 Gracie Nationals - Gold Medal
2008 WEC Bantamweight Champion

I couldn't disagree more. The guy has one professional loss and from what I understand atleast a quarter of his wins he was giving up weight. How much I don't know. I think if your p4p one of the best you should be able to give up weight and win. Something some of the guys on that list haven't done.

Great list! One of the few lists I agree with from top to bottom.
