So, Henderson did good in the first round and looks like he would have won the fight...if he didnt loose. What do you think is next for him? Stay at MW? I think he has better fights at LHW, would like to see him and Wandy switch places and see how that goes.

He may as well stay at MW for now and give us another dream fight...
Henderson vs Rich Franklin

Didn't even think that, I would really like to see that fight, but I don't see Hendo having much of a problem with Franklin, I would really like to see Silva rop the MW title and go fight at WW/LHW, that would give him better fights and also free MW up for other fighters to go for the gold, the divison isnt as exciting if you have all these fighters fighting, knowing that none of them stand a chance against Silva.

yeah, I'm thinking that is an aftereffect of too much beer last night.
On the question though, I am not sure if they want to send him Franklin after 2 losses (granted, no shame in either loss), or give him someone he can work through to build his name up. This is the problem with bringing in guys from other orgs, they are given the fast track in front of a new audience. After 1 or two fights, they could still be #2, but where do you go from there. I don't think Bisping is ready for Dan, but it might be a good fight for both mentally. Or Leben. Dunno

that had to be the dumbest thing ive heard in awhile. he was nowhere close to winning the fight and got submitted by the better fighter. all he had in the fight were a few leg kicks a take down and some hammer fists

So you don't think he won the first round? seems to me he won the first round, and to me, if you won 1 round, your winning the fight so far, but what do i know

Yep, this is something that I posted in a prefight thread the other day.
Dan has been in the UFC for two fights now (recently - meaning he was there ages and ages ago), and both fights are mega-fights and "unification" fights...both superfights...one vs. Rampage and one vs. Silva...if he does lose to Silva, what then? Where do you go after you've walked into the UFC and fought twice there at absolutely the highest level there is in each of your two weight classes?
Ideally I think it'd be great to see a Silva-Hendo rematch but obviously right now is not the time for that. I'm not sure where Dan goes from here, having walked in at the very highest level in two different weight classes and lost both fights.
Maybe he fights a couple MW's and (assuming he beats them, which is likely) he gets back to Silva around the same time next year.

he won the round. but it wasn't he would of won the fight he had 1 takedown and hammerfists and the legkicks but Silva wasn't in danger. He would of won made no sense to me. how would of he won by winning one round. and if a guy like sherk takes someone down and does hammerfists and switches positions its dry humping. thats off topic but the point is Hendo got outclassed in striking and jiu-jitsu by Silva
