Guys, I need your help (UFC/ PRIDE buyout)

I am giving an oral presentation in my business class on March 4th on the subject of the UFC buyout of PRIDE, and I need all the information on it that I can get. Anything will work, but I need at least one major article from a reliable/ legitimate source. Any help you guys can provide will be greatly appreciated and rep will surely be given. Thanks a lot.

Dont really have any info but dont forget to include in your conclusion that it sux that pride is gone...
