Yeah cuz Monson is 6'3 and weighs at least 275 at fight time.

What about either of Brocks 2 fights makes you think he would LnP anybody? He isnt going to use his wrestling to be like koscheck. He wants to finish fights and unfortunately that is what cost him the last fight but I still dont see him just layin on a guy for 15 mins. If he does what he did to Mir to anybody other than Mir, GG, Werdum or Nog they will not make it through.

I'm not a Herring fan by a long shot, but judging him by the O'Brien fight is foolish. Heath was crippled by injuries to his knees and had zero mobility in that fight.

And MMA math is generally wrong, anyway.

I don't know that I totally disagree with you...but I don't totally agree with you either. I think Brock had too much respect for Mir's sub game to feel comfortable in any type of LnP. Inexperience is what cost him the fight.

To add to your list; at Brock's current level, I'd say AA takes him 90% of the time--though I don't think they'll fight, and I'd say a healthy Herring takes him 70% of the time; Sylvia 60%; Gonzaga takes him 50%, and Kongo takes him 50% of the time.

Of course with a huge draw like him getting a better opponent then one you just lost to isn't out of the question, sadly. He would just LnP the shit out of Kongo, Herring, or Vera anyways.

Have him fight Eddie Sanchez
I don't think Brock would just LnP. He's extremely powerful and aggressive inside guard (ask Mir, whom he almost finished). Kongo's ground game and takedown defense are poor (see Assuerio Silva sp?) and Herring has had trouble w/ wrestlers in the past also (Jake O'brien?). There's no question Brock would be outclassed by their striking, but he would have no problem putting them on their backs and could easily end up finishing via GnP.

Supposedly Eddie Sanchez is gonna fight the winner of Kongo/Herring (know a guy who knows him).
