Rumors of UFC sale begin to surface

Rumors have been circulating that Zuffa has been shopping the UFC to potential investors. FiveOuncesOfPain.com (FiveOuncesOfPain.com) first heard of these rumors last weekend during EliteXC’s ShoXC event in Atlantic City.

The rumors of a potential UFC sale were again running rampant this past weekend at UFC 81 in Las Vegas and Steve Cofield of Fox Sports Radio 1460 asked UFC president Dana White to comment on them during a post-show radio broadcast.

yeah i think the case is exactly what dana said when the 5ozofpain dude asked him the questions, ppl offered to buy it, but i doubt hes gunna sell it, danas said on many occasions he duzn wnt a board of directors to decide the future of the company and basically the sport.... he basically just said if sumbody offered the rite amount of money hed sell it, its not for sale but if some clown comes and offers tem 3 billion for it... y the hell not....

The choice isnt Dana's. Its the F brother's choice. They basically run the UFC for funsies since I'm sure its profits are nothing compared the the casinos they run. Hell, the F brothers are probably worth more than Mark Cuban is.

So unless they got sick of MMA, I dont see it getting sold unless somebody offers them WAY more money than its worth.

Any more rumors in MMA are worthless. Everyone has a rumor about everything. There is no choice but to be a skeptic about everything

If McMahon buys the UFC, then is Brock Lesnar out of a job? Last time Brock and Vince met it didnt go to well for brock.

Anyway, i hope Zuffa holds onto the UFC for a while.

Good god, I wish I had enough money to that running the UFC was just a side job for fun.
