UFC signs WW standout Dong Hyun Kim for spring debut

The UFC has signed top Korean fighter Dong Hyun Kim. The source of the report is the Korean-language site, Mfight.
Kim holds an undefeated record of 8-0-1 with notable wins over Hidenobo Koike and Yukiharu Maejima. Kim also defeated DEEP champion Hidehiko Hasegawa in a non-title fight at DEEP 31. His last fight was a rematch against Hasegawa in October, which resulted in a draw.
Kim is set to fight in the welterweight division sometime in March or April.

This is awesome news, Kim was the best welterweight in DEEP and has good wrestling skills. He is kind of like a 170lb Jon Fitch. |

very nice.
can't wait to see him in the octagon. Kim has really improved in all aspects of the game. should make a great addition to WW division.

lol I messed that one up. I meant to say 181lbs, thats what Dong fought at in Japan... but he will be fighting in the WW division now
