bas fucking tells it like it is, always thats what u can always depend on bas for, hes not gunna hold back on anything. Most ppl cant deal with that but too bad, reporters have written countless articles on it, danas punked him, weve had more threads on this than any other topic and now bas has said it, theres nothing left to say, either he fights a top fighter this year, or the winner of nog vs sylviya will be no 1 for sure.

Well Kharitonov and Barnett of course. Verdum, Igor, Monson, Ricco. Alistair looks a lot better at HW then LHW. I'm sure he would have lost, but it would at least have been exciting for 6-7 minutes and somewhat relevant. Rizzo got badly derailed which was a shame because that would have been a good fight.
Except for Verdum all these guys can probley still be arranged. Even the recently available Rothwell or a guy like Russow would at least be genuine MMA opponents instead of Kickboxers ripe for submissions. Feds pride record had good ones in between the silly ones, but its about time for some real comp again. Hopefully he'll be looking for a challenge again soon.

We are talking about different timeframes though, I'm talking about since Fedor had beaten Nog and Crocop, Rizzo was in limbo at the time,, Monson wasn't with Pride, Ricco I'm not sure about I think it was just after his loss to Nog and he was kinda on his way out
Werdum beat Sergei and Allistar so they gave him Nog, so he was working his way up the ladder, then when he lost to Nog, again that fight loses its draw power
I'm not arguing and saying there was nobody he could have fought, but from an outsider's perspective based on draw alone the fights do makes sense (i may be stretching but still, LOL)
I hope Rothwell does go to M-1 so Fedor can tear him apart but people will complain that its not Randy or Barnett

No one in the UFC worth Fedors time? Let's be real here, I'm a huge Fedor fan and "think" he would beat anyone put in front of him, but he's beaten Nog twice, Crocop, and Hunt. Who else has he beaten that is ranked?
In the UFC he would have Randy, Gonzaga, Arlovski, Big Tim, Werdum, even Vera that he could fight that would all be tough fights for him. To say he's already beaten "anyone worth a damn", "he's already proven himself", and that there is probably no one in the UFC "that's worth his time" is just absurd. All those guys pose risks for Fedor losing, I'd take him in all those fights, but chances are he'd probably lose to at least 1 of those guys. He hasn't fought a top 10 HW in some time, not months but years, and there are alot of fights out there for him still.
