That'd be cool and maybe happen in the future but as of now we will have to wait for the Forrest/Rampage fight after TUF it seems.

Soko has to fight Houston Alexander in my opinion...
Shogun vs. Ortiz or Evans maybe...
Liddell has to fight Jardine as well...

Happy Happy, Joy Joy.
I'd rather see Shogun/Ortiz and Machida/Jardine, but I'll be thilled to see him healthy in a cage.

put him in there with anyone.. tito, chuck, lyoto, houston, jardine, any of those guys shogun this time will come dropping bodies..
i would say give him someone easy first like houston, shogun will beat his ass.
than give him a top tito, chuck or someone else.. he'll beat them too..
than give him the chump.. i mean the champ whoever that might be jackson or forrest..

It's been rumored for a long time to be Ortiz vs. Shogun at the Montreal event.
I think Tito got offered the Lyoto fight, right? And Lyoto has signed but Tito hasn't yet (or hasn't that we know about?)?
If Tito does end up fighting Lyoto, I imagine we'll see Jardine-Shogun. That will be a HUGE test for Jardine.
I don't want to say he got "lucky" against Chuck, but we all know the Chuck that rarely lets guys out of the first round isn't the one that showed up and got decisioned by Jardine. So, by any measure Jardine had a huge win that fight and a huge upset; now in Shogun (if that's what occurs) he'll essentially have to do it again if he wants to enter the title picture.

I could see Shogun vs Jardine as a possible match, and a good one to put Shogun back into the title picture.

Too much potential downside in that fight for the UFC, for them to allow that to happen at least at this point. Of course it's a fight everyone would like to see, but it's not going to happen right now.

Shogun /Houston
I think this would make more sense since they are both coming off losts.
Houston know he must improve his ground game, so shogun would be a bit much for him, but still would make an interesting fight.
In Montreal, this would be amazing!

I can't wait to see who he's fighting but those 2 would be good, as long as it's someone who'll at least give him a decent fight, I just hope it's not a can.

Houston is already scheduled to fight James Irvin here soon, I don't see them putting him in there against Shogun.
