I'm glad to hear that he is back to training after something serious like that. I never wish ill will towards any fighter. Hope to see him back in there again.

Back "in" there again such as back in the cage or ring mixing it up. That sucks that he had almost career ending surgery and that is good he is now back to training. I dont personally enjoy watching him as a fighter but I'm always happy to hear about bad situations turning out alright. It's just a matter of respect for what these fighters do.

that fight with heath was horrible, but id rather be bored with a fight every 3-4 months and still no the guy has a career. he needs to hit up xtreme couture or another camp b/c i don't think he's getting anything out of team punishment

i'd like to see him fight kongo if Herring doesn't take that fight. thats just to see if kongo has a ground game and its a fight that o'brien could win too. If not than he'd likely face CC AA or Vera at ufc 83.
