I was amused by all the unnecessary spinning the fighters were doing, especially the chinaman that spun around and got KO'd in mid air... classic MMA right there.
Whoever made the comment of this being Fight Club 2... Fight Club was actually realistic (crazy split personalities aside) and this is more like a 1980's Ninja flick taking place in a nightclub.

Yeah, it reminds me of Karate Kid because the new kid is moving in from out of town, goes after hot chick, gets his ass kicked by her guy, then goes and trains to fight him in the pinnacle matchup of the movie.
