Does anyone know how this thing went down?
All i know is Monson and Barnetts team won it....
Anyone have any match results?

hi all, i'm a long time reader of these forums, and being a resident of manila, guess this is the perfect time to make my first post.
monson won by mostly taking the opponent down, and keeping him there. he gassed out very early. in the second round, usually they would stay on the ground with no action. as the ref made them stand up, it took monson around 3 to 5 seconds before standing up. in the end interview, he was panting really heavy.
one other note to mention, Tonya Evinger (team shamrock) won against Katrine Alendal (team gracie). this won fight of the night honors. it was an amazing fight! In the first round alone, Evinger took Alendal down twice ala Karo Parisyan. pretty good stand up war too, and a lot of action when they were in the ground. in the end evinger won via armbar in the second round.
also, anyone of you ever heard of zach "outlaw" light? he beat a local filipino guy by quick control of the ground and armbar. the announcer said he represents team quest.
more power to MMA, hopefully it booms even more so that these kinds of events would be brought to asia (specifically in the philippines) even more.

they have the results at MMAWeekly...Shamrock's team also swept it. Ricco was on his team. were these legitimate fights, or just like exhibition fights?
