any blows to the head have a chance of damaging brain cells, wrestlers take shots to the head all the time.and their bodies are so trashed after their careers they can hardly walk.so in the long run i would say wrestling is more dangerous than mma
i mean why the hell is he bad mouthing it,if he fucking watchs it.

He's also talking about the wrestling matches and the 'beauty' that he sees in them. Althought he likes mma he doesn't see that 'beauty' in it. Since he is an old school wrestling purist I don't think he'll ever see it. It's like a figure skater comparing his/her sport to hockey.

I love MMA but I don't wanna see blood, I be happy with not seeing any.Who here wants to see fighters bleed? raise your hands!!
|
i dont mind seeing some blood sometimes, just as long as it doesnt Spew out of your head like Dewees. Unfortunately we are going to have to keep seeing guys bleed alot due to the use of Elbows that is allowed in the UFC. i personally dont like them, i hate it when a fighter wins by Cut. i wish they would replace Elbows with Knees on grounded opponents.

Using them in real life scenarios always pays dividends, at least in my experience.
Some people do not expect you to reign elbows on their face. Doing so renders them useless, lol.

He was the man back in the day though. Kind of weird that he's talking about safety in MMA. Considering that his brother had that accident doing a pro wrestling event.
|
If you watch wrestling then you know how he feels about his brothers death and the circumstances of the stunt. He was not in the same company at the time and it's one of the reasons he says he will never wrestle for WWE again.

He's talked about the same in Wrestling, regarding his brother, others that have died and even his own concussion that lead to his retirement.
